Dragon quest 8

Basically when i start the game its got 50-60 FPS at the title screen. but as soon as i get into the game its shoots down to 10 or lower FPS. so it is really hardr to play the game. i am using 0.9.8 pcsx2

Your cpu is unsuitable for PS2 emulation.

Dragon Quest 8? No, not gonna happen on your laptop.

Final Fantasy X? Well, I give you 2 tips:

1. Set GSdx to use PS2 native res.

2. Enable all Speedhacks.

You can now see just how well FFX can play on that very weak PC. Expect most other games to do worse than this. In general, much worse.
