Dragonball Budokai Tenchaichi 3 lightning

Hi guys, I am new in here, and forgive me if this subject is already touched. I have a problem with my lightning. It appears to be a little brighter just in front of me as shown in the picture
 
Is there something to do about that?

Specs:
i3-8100
Geforce GTX1060
16 GB RAM
