depends on which core 2 duo.
But yes, the Gpu will be more than enough
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

jesalvein u were right i played Budokai Tenkaichi 3 at my father's Laptop.It worked great at the speed 0f 60-80 fps Its PC specs are:

CPU:Core i7 3.19 , 3.10
GPU: Geforce nvidia GTX 560
RAM:16 GB
Windows 7 (64 bit)
Please send my the link of DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 1 (torrent).Doesn't matters PAL or NTSC
