A few questions:
Have you changed certain game settings in the meantime?
Did you have 60 FPS during the moves in another PCSX2 version?
If you have PCSX2 open, are there any special programs running in the background that could affect the performance of the emulator?
Which CPU processor and graphics card are you using?
Can you post your emulog file here?

For the emulog: if you are using a more recent PCSX2 version, then in the emulator, click on „Tools” and tick „Enable File Logging”. Then the emulator creates a emulog.txt file in the „logs” folder of PCSX2. Smile

Strange emulog. Side question: How did you dump your BIOS?

Anyway, can you check which PCSX2 version is the last one with 60 FPS in the moves and the first PCSX2 version with the FPS drops? Maybe there was a graphical update that fixed a bug which may have resulted in slower performance but more accuracy.

i dont think checking every version is posible because pcx2 updates multiple times every day so i would have to check trought a lot of version
what do you mean by how did i dump my bios?

It is not that complicated if you first make steps of 100 and if you notice a difference the first time, narrow it down further and further until only one version remains. This is the best way to know where the problem occurs when you compare the remaining version with the next newer one. It is up to you how important it is for you to solve your problem. Maybe someone else knows another option. Just wait and see.

I think i noticed something strange in passing about your BIOS. How did you create the BIOS for the emulator / What tools did you use to dump it?

i downloaded the bios from *snip* and i think i better wait for someone for giving me another way to fix the problem or wait till pcx2 makes an update that fix my problem

Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
