Dragonball z Budokai black scenery

So when playing dbz budokai (not tenkaichi!!) most of the scenery is black. Can someone tell me what settings fix this please? oh and i took the screenshot while the cut scene was in motion that's why it's blurry

Its a GSDX Problem I guess. Try using the DirectX 10(if not using it), or select the software mode renderer(it should correct the graphics but might be slow). Try using the GSdx hacks, offset hack and alpha hack too.

Just change the GSdx.ini(wherever you've installed pcsx2) and modify the line:-

GSDX.ini Wrote:allowhacks=1

then in the gsdx menu, tick the two hacks.

There is no gsdx.ini

Can't be that there's no gsdx.ini.

First of all, Inis are kept in the folder Inis\. This inis\ folder might be under you pcsx2 directory, or your my documents\PCSX2\Inis\. Tongue2

Or if doesn't solves the problem, then change the directx mode or change it to software.
