Comments:
- It seems important to use SuperVU(legacy) for both VU0 and VU1 instead of MicroVU.
- In hardware mode, set skipdraw to '3' to fix garbled graphics. DX11 Hardware mode runs well.
- The game seems to load fine and cars did not fall off stages and such.
- WildArmsoffset hack seems to clean up the text slightly. Some slight gfx glitches are observed.
- 3rd person view in 'time attack" seems buggy at times
