Hey guys.
So i have been trying to play a game from my childhood called Scaler. Ive got a decent gaming laptop
Specs:
Intel i5
Nvidia Geforce 650m
8 gig ram
I expected to play the game pretty wel but for some reason i sometimes drop fps. it does not look like the game laggs but it just plays very slow.
Does anybody know any solution to this problem?
Thanks.

I use default settings. During slowdowns my fps is around 28 EE is 95% GS is 20 % UI is 0%.
Where can I see the vu value?

Try speedhacks -> mtvu and/or ee cycle rate hack increased by one or two.

I put MTVU on and I put EE to 3. this way it will play almost perfect. still have some lag but its way better than before. its now stable at 60 fps.
Thanks! if you have any other ideas to make it run more smooth let me know.

Maybe vu clamping mode to none. But that can break games.
