Dual Monitor Split Screen Help

I have two monitors.
I would like to use both of these monitors in the emulator.
To where player 1 would be on one monitor and player 2 on the other.
Now I'm willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish this. xD
I have Acer monitors. Intel gives me the resolution options etc. 
What I want to do is move the split screen to left and right (horizontal) instead of up and down (vertical).
All help is welcomed.

Most games had a setting, to switch between horizontal & vertical.
