Dualshock dead zone is fixed at 0.25

 - Firstly, sorry for the grammar, I'm using a translator

 - I'm trying to configure pcsx2 together with ds4windowns to play GranTurismo 4. However, no matter what I do, the steering wheel in the game only starts to rotate when the joystick input passes 0.35. All programs' deadzones are set to 0.

 - I don't know if this is a game setting, but it is quite annoying, so if possible I would like to fix it.

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using, such as speed hacks or presets.
  
• Your GSdx graphics settings (a picture of the settings dialog is preferred)
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Start by updating. We only support latest stable and latest releases.
Then uninstall ds4windows
