I tried to get an emulog from the debug build but it runs so slow it won't trigger the crash.

Make sure you are all using the same flavor of GSdx (for example SSE2). Some bugs only hit certain procedures which might differ from version to version

Tested with all GSdx flavors and I don't have any issue with turbo mode. But with AVX and AVX2 there are a lot of flickering lines on the intro FMV in hardware mode, I don't know if it's a known issue. SSE versions don't have this issue.

I have the flickering lines, and I do use AVX. That's interesting.

Wow, yeah it was. I forgot I changed it for FFX.

Doh, facepalm.

I tested, that fixed it. Just in case, tested Persona 4 as well. Didn't fix that one.
