Dynasty Warriors 5 + Xtreme Legends in one disc

Hello everybody again, as you know you can't swap discs with the Dynasty Warrior titles, so i've thinked about it, and i was asking myself if there is a method to merge the original game with Xtreme Legends, is that possible ?

I've read something about copying over the files from one game to another, though it's been quite a while ago. What I can tell you is that it is possible and it works. Try googling it (I'd give you the link myself but am unable to)
