EE/IOP Clamping Mode on Qt

Hi!

I trying to solve the problem on gran turismo 4 to how show the time behind/front of a car and seems to be on the EE/IOP clamping mode, but, I'm using a nightly build (1.7.3799) but I don't see it. Firts on the tab Settings -> Emulation but I don't see nothing and right click on the cover of any game and same.

Cool! now I can see the time AND the "ready/full gas" has been fix it too!

I can't figure it out for me the only Option with Clamping shows up in the advanced Menu and it doesn't fix the problem either. Would you mind giving an more in depth explanation?
