post pc/pcsx2 information: specs/settings/version
try downloading again the emulator also, even if i dont understand what the error says it looks common and i remember reinstall fixed it in my aplications,
OS: Win 7 Ultimate x64 sp1, MoBo: Asus P5QD Turbo, CPU: Q6600 @ 3,0Ghz, RAM: Trancend 2x2gb 6-6-6-18 800 MHz, GPU: HD 4850 1gb.

did u read the half? i mentioned pcsx2 information also...
did u tried downloading it again and installing it again? (ofc remove the one u got now....)
