ESPN NHL 2k5 not working
#1
Hi,

I can't get ESPN NHL 2k5 to work. The screen stays black after the PlayStation 2 logo.

ESPN NHL Hockey is running fine however, 2k5 has some great improvements I don't want to miss.

Any suggestions how to get it working?

It should work okay, have you tried using fast boot instead of full boot?

What version of the emulator are you using also and are you playing from the disc or iso?

Tried it six times with fast boot. I came to the "SEGA" screen once but it froze there.

have you followed the advice from the public compatibility list page?

Plays fine must use Save States, FPS sits around 60 with Progressive Scan and 59 without Progressive Scan. Game freezes sometimes on startup video, usually pressing start rapidly will get you past this screen.

Yep. I thought it might have been fixed by the time.

Pressing start doesn't help.
