Emulate Okami? Help! :/

I need help!
I have downloaded "Okami" and downloaded the needed plugins.
I have searched all over google to find help, I think I have a different ver of PCSX2 because people say (example): "....first click on Config>CPU"
And then I'm trying to find that "CPU" thing. There are no such thing there!
Uhm sorry, but this is starting to piss me off... I need serious help with this!

HOW DO I DO TO AMULATE THAT GAME???
When I'm trying to play it, it goes in SLOWMOTION. ):
