Emulator Screen Tearing When Scrolling

My screen tears pretty horribly if I'm using the bar on the right side to scroll through my PS2 collection (latest update of the 1.7 gui). Is this an issue with the emulator or something else? Is it something I can fix?

I'd even take a "nothing we can do". I just want to know. Lol

It's probably a "nothing we can do" since no one else has experienced this problem
