Endgame Wiimote Settings

Hi. I have Time Crisis 2 and 3 use 2 Dolphinbars with 2 wiimoted for 2 player. Works good. Now i download Endgame and i only can use the second wiimote and the second problem is how can i config the start button? I tryed in the pad1 pad2 configurations but i never had the start button on the wiimote. Can anyone help me?

Nobody knows how i can set the start button at the wiimote for guncon2 mode?
In setzings stand the „middle“ ist start. But the wiimote regonize only the trigger and a button. I need the start button for endgame
