Well it isn't a bug but all the games on my psx doesn't work i used a legal dragonball z budokai tenkaichi 3 dvd but it doesn't work

my settings are

CDVDnull that's your problem,this plugin doesn't do anything when it comes to running a game.If you use your game disk use EFP Pooling,P.E.Op.S,Gigaherz or CDVD or if you use image(ISO) use Linuzappz ISO but don't mount the image,just select it with the plugin
