Error Code 0xc000007b

I'm getting this error. I had to re-download and re-install the emulator after a clean install of my OS. I looked on google, and none of the fixes seem to work for me.

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate. My previous version of the emulator was for Win7 Home Premium, but I went and re-downloaded and re-installed the entire emulator from scratch; no backup copies of anything were used (well, maybe the game ISOs, but I can't even open the emulator to load them).

So what gives?
