Error Opening GS Plugin

I download the PSCX2 emulator 0.9.6 complete with the BIOS.
I also already have the BIOS and DirectX 11.
And I also already configured everything.

But when I try to Run the CD/DVD it still says Error Opening GS Plugin.
Did I do something wrong? Or did I missed something?
Windows 7 Ultimate.
My video card is a Intel GMA 950.

Any help will be appreciated !

He's using an old version of the emulator too, but that's probably because he downloaded an old torrent of it from ThePirateBay or IsoHunt with the BIOS pre-installed.

Edit : The Admins aren't online. Just let the thread die.

Bystander: Downloading a BIOS is illegal which violates rule #1 of this forum, this your thread is locked and no further support is given (not to mention we don't offer support for ancient versions like 0.9.6 either)
