Error code

im new to PCSX2 and I have an ISO file of my Kingdom Hearts; however, when i try and run the game, i get an error:
[Unable to load bios: 'bios/SCPH-70004_BIOS_V12_PAL_200.bin', PCSX2 can't run without that]
i do not know what this error means nor how i can fix it. can i get some advice?

you need to dump your Bios from your PS2 and place it in the "bios" folder. Read the FAQ for more
