when i try to run a Game He Told me CDVD Plugin Field to open your computor may have ..............................
what is the proplem can any one help me

please explain uour problem properly and give maximuminfo so that we could help (pc spacs, os version, plugins config, pcsx2 vesion, screenshots, etc...)

Try running as administrator if u are on vista/7

the game i wnat start is NTSC Not PAL

it doesn't matter.
if you have dumped a PAL bios from your console, The NTSC game should boot on it anyways.

can you post the console log, please ,
running from your DVD, or did you dump an iso of it ?

Just run as admin+boot(fast)
