Error when run cddrive

I keep getting this error when I try to run MGS3 from my dvd drive.

Does anyone know where I can get this file, and where I would put it?

Dont tell me you are trying to load the game from the CDRom and not an ISO?

Strange I guess it never posted my reply. I did a re-install and it no longer tells me i need that file but I still get a bus error. Do I actually need to make an iso to play the game? does the Run dvd function not work?

Unfortunately, run dvd function does not work. And so you will have to make an ISO
