Error when trying to run a game

Hi, i recently downloaded PCSX2 and configured it, it worked the first time, except the screen was shaking a bit. Now, everytime i try to run a game, i get this error:
A file could not be created Path C:\Program Files\PCSX2 0.9.8\bios\SCPH-70004_BIOS_V12_PAL_200.nvm

Is there any way i can fix it? Thanks!

right-click->run as admin.

and don't install it in program files or My docs. Better create a dir like c:\pcsx2 or so
