Every game runs slowly.

Hello. I've been trying to use PCSX2 1.0.0 with many different configurations and every game I've tested runs at about half speed.

Here are the games I've tested:
The Getaway
NBA Street Vol. 2
Street Racing Syndicate
Juiced
Tekken Tag Tournament

Here are my laptop's specs:
Intel Core i5-3210M (2 cores, 4 threads, 2.5 GHz)
1GB Nvidia Geforce 650M + Intel HD 4000 (I've set PCSX2 to use the 650M in the Geforce control panel. That hasn't helped.)
6GB RAM

Here is my current configuration:
GSdx 5534 SSE2
Direct3D 11 (Hardware)
Native resolution
No interlacing
Texture filtering is enabled
All speedhacks are turned up all the way with the exception of fast CD/DVD

You can also use the AVX-ready GS plugin, there's no reason to stay with the SSE2 on a recent CPU. And you have a dual core CPU so the MTVU-hack will not always be useful, and in certain case may also damage the performances so you should try with every game if it helps or not.
Use one of the latest SVN.

That didn't change the speed at all.

This, combined with changing the cycle rates, fixed the frame rates. Thanks, guys!
