Evil Dead: A Fistful of Boomstick crash (PAL)

I just got the PAL version of the game after having not played it for years, and I'm welcomed to a crash after I hit New Game and after the cutscene.

I was really hoping to get the game working, but I'm not sure how to get around the crash.

Here's what it does (after the loading after first cutscene introducing Ash)


Using PCSX2 0.9.6

Specs

Intel Core i7 920 2.7ghz
Asus 3870X2
3gb DDR3 Corsair
Asus P6T

Why don't you try downloading a latest SVN and give it a try?
