We need to install WinPcap to use this plugin?

Can't install The Network Access Disc because I get error -611 after connecting to DNAS.
I want just to play in LAN with two PSCX2 opening, two monitor separate but I don't know how. Yes, for LAN we need a save network. (I want too Online)

You should be able to skip the connection test, which will allow you to save the config file.

can i install ( hdd-osd or playsaionBBN) on your dev9 plug
and how i van edit / mount ( a raw file ) for make it usefull with (winhiip . winhiip.exe . RawCopy.exe)
i tyed useing mount image pro v6 but is not work.

Can you attach the DEV9_CLR.log, this should be in Documents\PCSX2\logs

That being said, I'm not aware of this issue occurring in Outbreak File #2 before now, what have you set for the DNS?
