It probably will, your graphics card is very weak and your CPU isn't amazing but should be good enough for Crash. can you show me your GSDX configuration please?

You could try changing from DirectX 9 to DirectX 11 hardware mode that may help, also try toggling the "Allow 8-bit textures" and set "Extra render threads" at the bottom to 1. If its still slow, try pressing F9 during the game play.

Now it works, but the game locks when I must interact with a lever, the screen goes black, and the sounds repeats. This happened also before I created this discussion, now I can't continue the game.

Load your memory card save and not the savestate and see if that eliminates the crash
