Extract original game from PBPX-packed games?

I got a self-made ISO from other people that uses PBPX95206 as its ID but actually contains SLPS20272. Since the original ISO is no where to be found, I started to think that maybe I can somehow extract the original executable and let it behave like SLPS20272. I just don't know how to do it. Can somebody please teach me? Thanks
