The FMVs don't work well for the moment using gsdx. (I don't know for zerogs)
But ingame's ok for me
What's your rig ?

Not sure what especially you meant 
What is your pc config ? (cpu & gfx card)
Use latest Gsdx, and check MTGS & DC in cpu settings.
Also use latest PP version of pcsx2 and it should be ok .

for the FMVs switch to "native" internal resolution and activate Blend tff as Interlacing mode. This gave me the best result. But still there is a problem with the subtitles as they stay and new ones overwrite previous ones. So with a lot of text you will see many subtitle lines overwritten and it's not readable anymore.

Try to change antialiasing during fmv, it worked for me (with another game, however the bug was the same)
