i have
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core rocessor 4600+
2.41 GHz, 4 Gb RAM
XP Professional SP 2
Nvidia Geforce 9400 GT
but the fps of any game that i load is just 10 ...
max is 54 but for a milli second then back to 9
wat to do
i use GSDx 0.1.13

try latest gsdx version (yours is obsolete, now)
Try to oc your CPU it's a bit weak.
moreover, your gpu is weak too. Maybe you can change it ?

You upgraded to a 9400GT?...........What were you using, a 6200?

u saying 6400??? i didnt even have a graphics card then... i was using savge pro s3 or something like that... so it is a huge step for me!!
and if overclocking again means upgrading my hardware... then i m in a fix again...
ok i downloaded the latest gsdx... it improved a lot.. but still not 60 its now 25 fps...
and i aint satisfied
ne other solutions?? like speed hacks etc.

sorry, but its not possible to get full speed without extremely high end hardware, im afraid to say your machine isnt high end. All you can do is enable all the speed hacks that work, run gsdx in native mode, thats about it.
Overclocking is the only other thing that will help you, but remember there is risk involved in doing this, so make sure you do some research before attempting it.
