FF-10 on 0.9.8?? Help!

i have 0.9.8 and trying to play FF-X on my windows 7 computer, the game is going wayy too slow, the fps while starting the emulator its at 60 but when the game loads its like 20 or less, these are my specs:

Toshiba Satellite c655
Windows 7 64 bit OS
300 GB ram 3 GB memory
Pentium Dual Core [email protected] GHz
Mobile Intel Express Chipset Family (graphics card)
