FF X loading issues

Crash? I doubt if a bad disc can crash the disc dumping program.

After doing a quick search, I find that many people try doing the same thing (running the IOPRP234.IMG file) and get the same error: Invalid partition descriptor encountered at block 0x10.

The interesting thing is that most of these threads were closed Blink.

The problem is that he is trying to run the .IMG file inside the disc. Do what Bositman said, that is making a ISO image from your disc. But I don't expect it much:
Quote:C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\ps2\Final Fantasy X\IOPRP234.IMG
Quote:Seems the main file I have to work with is called IOPRP234.img
Kind of at a loss on what to do with it though. The remaining files are .IRX files, .12 File, and CNF files.
Quote:I've also tried burning all content to CD and loading that way and the pcsx2 tell me I need to insert a playstation or ps2 disc.

The quickest and shortest answer for your question would be: bad torrent Happy.
