Please post your system spec, the plugins you've already tryed and so on.

Specs are AMD dual core 2.6 ghz 2 GB ram

Using SPUX-2 1.1.0 Plugin
Graphics is gdx 1.14

No. Use SPU2-X.

Turn Speedhacks on. The sound is slow because of your low cpu speed. IIRC is there an option to let the sound play at normal speed in ZeroSPU2 but this will make the sound unsync to the game.

SPU2-X is imo the best sound plugin.
