You must set "allow binding multiple PS2 controls to PC control" since you are using more than one.
Set "Allow multiple PS2 control to one PC control"
Edit something strange happened, some key I pressed probably, sorry for the double instruction.

no, you don't have to do that. that's only if you want X and O on the same key (for example)

Did any errors come up while ripping your disc, what program did you use, and have you tried with the actual disc itself and not an iso?

U have used Nero BurningRom, it had no problems. Disc run normaly in PS2, haven't tried directly at PC - will do.
Also i will try create new iso with other program.

Thx a lot. With new image it starts properly.
It is a little slowing tho. I have turnet on MVu Flag hack but nothing really changes. What i could do more safely?
And do need to start new game to apply speed hacks changes?

No u do not need to start new game to apply any changes.
U can use recommended speedhacks first.
If still slow only increase vu cycle steal slider to 1 or 2.
