You should stick to the Direct3D10 (Hardware) on GsDX setting .DirectX 11 is installed by default on 7 you can't simply delete it and install 10. Direct3D11 is in alpha stages so 3D10 is better.

I think Bositman said this: If it´s newer it doesn't mean it's better.

EDIT: Those slowdowns can be caused by many things like your config. Speedhacks enabled and etc.

Ah and BTW, you may have posted in other topic your specs but you should post them here to for us to help.

Okay tried direct3d 10 hardware that worked great but not for XII but it fixed my FF X problem with the sound lagging that game now runs perfect now with sound as-well, Also I updated my ATI driver after that it worked better to, In XII it still laggs a little but the sound is ok, I tried pressing F4 a little but that dident help. On XII my FPS drops to 27.59 should I use speed hacks.

F4 changes the frame limiting which doesn't give you any speed boost, and you should set it to limit.

Post all of your setting for FF 12 and your spec so that we don't need to guess.

My pc specs: AMD Turiom X2 Ultra-Core 4gb ram ATI HD 4600 series, my configs for pcsx2: Graphics GSdx 1873 with direct3d 10 H, my Res is: 1366-768 60HZ, and 8 bit textures is on, for sound: SPU2 1.3.0, and the cpu limit is on 60 and nothing in speed hack is on, but I'm satrting to wonder if I need to use speed hacks on XII or maybe I could change the Res.

1st: Disable 8 bit Textures
2nd: Are you using beta r1888 and the latest plugins (31 December 2009)?
3rd: Already tried with Native checked ??
