FF12 PCSX2 Config

Hi i want my ff 12 to run properly. it runs really fast at 60fps higher, but during cutscenes 40 and below. i want it to run like a normal ps2.
SPECS
Processor : AMD A10-5700 APU with RADEON HD GRAPHICS 3.40GHz
Ram : 10
Display : AMD Radeon HD 7660D

• Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  
• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.
