FF12 Seam runing vertical through Characters
#1
Smile
Everything is great, no matter what res I use, or how I want to set it up, as far as game play.

But all my characters, or for sure Vaan, and Ashe have a seam that runs vertically right through the middle from top of head to crotch.

It is actually see through, you can see right through them at this seam.  It is like a separation or duplicate left, and right side's that do not quite join up.

I can play it like this, no problem, but if there is a fix for this it would be nice.

As far a game play, I can not get it to run under 60FPS, but that seam is sort of bothersome.

Don't use a custom resolution, that's most likely the cause.

Use 3x native instead if your going for a 1080p kinda look.

Disable MSAA it just causes issues for games like this. Also set skipdraw to 1. Also no idea why you have the TC Offset set like that as well so try setting them back to 0 as well. Also don't use a custom resolution just set it to 3x or 4x instead.

Yepper's ! that was it the hardware Hacks. I turned them off, and seems to have cleared up.

I played this on the PS2, but It and rogue Galaxy look fantastic on the emulator.

I have always like the custom res better if I could, I know I am playing in 1080P then, but somehow 3x's never seemed the same, and the movie's seem to look funny or miss the full screen a lot more if I use the 3x native. ( But I may be imagining that. )

I mean I will if I have to, but just like avoiding it.

Thx U all, for the help.
