FFX/2 iso not working - Need help

Like sometimes its fine, but right now its going at 2000% and im not sure why, I didnt change anything.

You might've pressed Tab and F4 at the same time. Tab is for Turbo mode, which most of the time if the settings are std will make the emulator run at double the speed if your pc can cope with it and F4 is to disable/enable the Framelimiter. Also never compare PC Games with Emulators especially PCSX2, since it's a whole different way of calculating and other stuff. Besides ESO isn't even that heavy Eitherway double check your emulator settings and otherwise start by putting everything on default and put the settings what Topken recommended you. FFX-2 Movies are on the heavy side and are also used as a benchmark for PCSX2 if your pc is fast enough. You could use the Gamefix to turn off the FMVs and watch the 11 cutscenes on Youtube or somewhere else if you do want to view them.
