FFX - Choppy Cutscenes

Eh, well I meant it as rough, but I still generally use it as choppy. The cutscene just isn't, smooth.

So see how the image isn't smooth, its like all rough like.

yes, that's the native resolution of your PS2.
try hooking your PS2 on your current TV and see ow it looks like, then report back.

I cannot try the game out on my PS2 at this point in time, my sister wanted to borrow the game from me so I thought ahead of time and got the ISO off of the game first so I could use it on PCSX2. But, whatever resolution I use, cutscenes still go all rough.

It's normal.
you can't upscale pre-rendered pictures or videos. Only 3D models will be.

use a multiplier. I guess 3x native should be ok for you since FFX isn't that demanding.
