Can anyone tell me a good setup for both game`s? Thank you

From that I can only tell you to check the "native" option in GSdx and try some speedhacks, you have a kinda slow system so you cant expect much from it. Please show us you settings so we can help better.

Also try the latest beta, it can fix some crashes and help with speed a bit:

CPU - EErec , VU recompilers , MTGS,
speedhacks ( EE 1.5x , IOP x2 , Vu cycle stealing)

I haen't tried 10-2 yet, but try the game with default schtuff. You're specs are similar to mine, so I think you can just plug and play
