Well, if you're using a savestate (and this is quite likely the problem), then no changes to the settings will make it work.

But if you insist on trying some settings before you have to kill him again, do try using SuperVU. Also, you didn't say if you were using Speedhacks, so I'll just make sure you have turned them off.

You said the videos are "screwy"? Are you using the Gamefix for FFX videos?

speedhacks off, i've been using FFX gamefix, annd i just tried killing him again with my regular settings, nothing changed.

yeah i just did it again from the save sphere and same thing... anyone know where to get a solid good iso for FFX?
