FFX: International NTSC 1st Blitzball game FMV HANG

Hi, im a newbie in using emulators. This was my first time playing PS2 Emulator. And for the longest time i tried to play FFX (When i was a kid i only had PS1 then started playing PC when PS2 was released)

Now im stucked in the part during the 1st Blitball Game, where there is FMV of the water filling up the stage. I can't get pass through it:

I've tried to:
1. Enable SKIP MPEG Gamefixes
2. Put everything in default settings
3. Use Software Rendering

And note that everytime i change those settings i close the emulator and start the game normally and by loading save file.

Im sorry im not sure what else details i need to provide. Please let me know what else do you need. Hope you can help me. I've been wanting to playing this game for a very long time.

So about to do what you asked, then i noticed i wasnt able to run PCSX2 due to compatibility. So i downloaded a new one and noticed there's a very recent update (which is just today, i updated my emulator yesterday as well) just copied the bios, memory card and the ISO of FFX International (Japan) played it with everything default (since this is a fresh installation). Tried to replicate the issue and it still exist. After that i closed the emulator, checked the logs on the folder you mentioned and there were no logs. Using a BIOS file with PCSX2 which you have downloaded from the internet or from a PS2 console you do not own is illegal. You must own the console the BIOS file came from (even if it's broken) to be legal.
