Well.. even my post before have a 'glitch'... hahaha sorry.. here my spec..

Operating System : MS Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit SP1
CPU : Intel Core i7 2600 @ 3.40GHz
MoBo : Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. H61M-D2P-B3
Graphic Card : 1024MB GeForce GTS 250
PCSX2 Version : pcsx2-4972-windows-x86

Plugin :
- Gsdx 4972 (MSVC 16.00, AVX. 0.1.16 [Gsdx-32-r4972]
- SPU2-X r4949 2.0.0 [SPU2-X r4949]
- P.E.Op.S CDVD (CDDA mods) 1.3.0 [cdvdpeops]
All setting set to default except for CDVD Plugin (set it to read ahead, FAST)

And, i have try to messed up with the nearest, negative thing and the clamp, speedhack, IOW... i have try EVERYTHING.. one more.. its not the CD. The CD is good. I burn it to ISO using Alcohol 120% at reduce reading rate. My brother already took it to his college so do not tell me to burn a new ISO.

I have all the glitch in one game (auron look, yuna boat etc., it's like the glitchs are gathering in my play.

It's better to find out why you are getting a black screen. Since this way you just skip this point but the game might freeze later again. Post your emulog when the freeze happens. Make sure you have all speed hacks off and EE/VU settings at default. Also disable any cheats you have on and make sure you are using PCSX2 v0.9.8 or newer.
Edit: Saw you already had a thread, deleting it and moving the info here...do not post duplicate threads for one issue next time.

Make an ISO of your disc using imgburn and run it with the internal ISO reader:
CDVD->Choose ISO, then ISO selector->Browse, find your ISO and System->Boot CD/DVD (fast)

Also I don't know why you're trying to change memory cards while the game is running, but try not to...

Here is the save if you need it...I just change the save/story location to the first save point after the cut scene(which is actually really close to where you appear after the cut scene)by using FFXED on the save slot 12(Near Luca)and save the save to save slot 13
