FFX Problem, half the screen is black

i have this problem that only happen in FFX scenes,
the half bottom of the screen become black when a scene appear.
i will post some pics , Please help me fixing this problem

version is pcsx2 0.9.6
im runing windows 7 32bit
XFX 7150 motherboard
Dual CPU E218 @ 2.00GHz
RAM 2G
VGA Nvidia GT 9500 1GB

i dont know what Plugins settings mean but i'll post a photo for my settings

get latest public beta, latest plugins pack, and set gsdx to dx10 hardware if not done yet.
