FFX Sensor Cheat

Does anyone have a cheat code for Sensor always on for the US NTSC version? I can only seem to find it for J or PAL-E.

Do you mind sharing where you got it? Was there a comprehensive list? The lists I've found don't have much in the way of quality of life cheats.

Was trying to find the one that acts as if all party members are active every fight so you don't have to constantly rotate them. Saw it for pal, but not NTSC.
