FFX Sound Issues

My game runs completely fine and perfect sound until I get into a Cinematic cutscene. Than the sound just loops all the time. For example somebody says "Hi, Tidus" it will come out like ..."Hi Hi, Tidus Tidus" does this with sounds, and music too. Any fix to this?

All of the other plugins seem to just make the sound stutter constantly.
EDIT: Nevermind, I thought I got it working but this other plugin does the same thing during the cutscenes. |
