pc specs, plugins config, pcsx2 version ?
Screenshots ?

Keep in mind you have a low GPU a nd a very low CPU, even for a game like FFX.
so don't expect miracles.

and for the plugin config thats probably the biggest issue i have cause i really dont know what im doing so far im just going with what i get off videos and the forums and what not and i have the gameplay without and glitches like theirs no geometry missing cause i use zerogs 0.97.1 i honestly think its just my computer or something cause it runs like 50 fps in the first part then it hits the part where the names come up and the gameplay gets slowed to about like 20-30 fps.

That's when it starts rendering 3d graphics so it's no surprise it gets slower.

Basically, you have a slow PC and there's not much you can do. Use the GSdx graphics plugin and enable the "native" option, then try enabling some speedhacks and see if it does any better but don't expect any miracles.

Also try the latest beta if you aren't already:

I would recommend r3118 with those specs rather than r3878 for FFX.
