FFX cutscene

Has anyone ever encountered a problem like this?

I've played the game enough to see a couple of cutscenes to make sure it wasn't just the first one, the glitch is always the same size, same place. I've tried looking at various suggested video settings but nothing has fixed it thus far. Anyone have any suggestions?

Tidus: Auron!

Anyone notice when there's a voice acting part, they never say Tidus's name? They say all of the other characters names. I guess because Tidus is the only one who you get to name.
