It probably doesn't support the latest OGL features, since it's a old card.
We're supposed to be working as a team, if we aren't helping and suggesting things to each other, we aren't working as a team.

I just found that someone mentioned this a long time ago, but no solution.

Also please notice a small black rectangle on top left corner. It's like the game turns the background on but didn't fullscreen it.

Yep. It doesn't even support DX11. Gonna be stuck in DX9 mode likely, and I doubt you are solving that issue. Sorry.
